Change your domain plan

If you decide to cancel, downgrade, or remove a domain from Chinafy, Chinafy does not offer any refunds. For more information, please refer to the Refunds section on the Chinafy Terms of Service.

How to upgrade your Chinafy Plan

To upgrade your Chinafy plan, please contact your account manager or [e-mail]. 

If you upgrade to a higher-priced plan: 

• Your invoice will show the prorated cost of the higher-tiered plan until the end of your billing cycle for Starter or Pro+ Plans. Enterprise plans are on an annual contract and will be invoiced accordingly on a one year basis. Please reference example from Pro+ to Enterprise plans accordingly. 
• Chinafy credits the prorated cost of the lower-priced plan, until the end of the billing cycle. This is reflected in the invoice. 
• One-off set-up costs may be billed if additional set-up is required in the process of upgrading. For example, if you upgrade from Pro+ to Enterprise, which includes the support for additional subdomains - those subdomains will be evaluated and any additional costs will be reflected on the invoicing accordingly as part of Chinafy's upgrade policy. 
• Your invoice will reflect the full cost of the higher-priced plan at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Here are some examples below. 

Upgrading from Starter to Pro+

• The difference in set-up prices will be reflected as a one-off item. 
• The Pro+ plan will be reflected on your dashboard at the beginning of the next billing cycle for Monthly Plans. Annual plans will have the upgrade difference charged as a one-off, the rate adjusted in the dashboard, and the full cost of the higher-priced plan at the beginning of the next billing cycle. 

Upgrading from Pro+ to Enterprise plan

Please note that our Enterprise plans are only available with an annual commitment. 

• All Pro+ plan users will be required to upgrade to an annual Chinafy plan if they are not on one already.
• Enterprise plans are billed annually. Your invoice will reflect the 1 year subscription amount minus the remaining prorated cost of the lower-tiered plan. 
• Chinafy credits the prorated cost of the Pro+ plan, until the end of the billing cycle.
• If additional set-up is required, the set-up cost will be quoted as a one-off or amortised over the Enterprise plan with the amount offset by the Pro+ plan credits.
