This article is for those who have already completed the "Go Live" process with Chinafy, turning on your Chinafy site for your China visitors.
Here are some common FAQs:
- How will my site speed be impacted now?
Within 48 hours post-launch (though often as low as 15-30mins)*, your DNS will propagate/update in various cities pointing your domain to the Chinafy servers. With Chinafy now powering your site, you can generally expect improvements across all regions in China compared to that of before.
*This is largely defined by the TTL value in your DNS with other variables such as browser cache and site-specific issues outside of the control of the Chinafy team. -

Will there be increased traffic to my Chinafied site?
While we have no control over how China’s search engines work, with a faster site, you can expect it to be crawled more thoroughly and deeply by resulting in a greater awareness as to your content. This typically results in more links/pages being available with the search engine. Separate to this, you can expect user-experience metrics like time-on-site, bounce rate, and pageviews to improve.
