Why do you need to whitelist Chinafy?
It's common for your developers to filter certain IPs from accessing your website or to include domain-specific components that are only fully functional or viewable on your website (e.g. Google ReCaptcha).
These are all good practices but also prevent us from generating Chinafy previews to help you understand how we work.
In order for our previews to work, we request that you whitelist on Chinafy Preview Domains and IPs, (whichever applies) with the instructions below.
Where can you whitelist Chinafy?
The key is to identify where you have IP restrictions, domain validation, or any white-label settings. These settings are commonly found in -
- Your origin server
- Your DNS
- CDN
- Inline scripts
If you're unsure, contact your developer, agency, or CDN provider to enquire more.
What you need to whitelist
Whitelisting Chinafy Preview Domains
We follow your domain convention to generate your Chinafy preview.
For example, say your website is www.yoursite.com. Below are your Chinafy URLs.
wwwyoursitecom.china.chinafy.com
wwwyoursitecom.china2.chinafy.com
wwwyoursitecom.china.preview.chinafy.com
Substitute wwwyoursitecom with your original domain in the above and you'll have the Chinafy preview domains to whitelist respectively.
(👉 Remember to remove the dots "." from your original domain name.)
Whitelisting Chinafy IPs
If you've enabled IP filtering or regional filters which might apply to the Chinafy IPs, please whitelist our IPs so we can reach your website and fully support it once launched.
You may request a list of Chinafy IPs from your Chinafy representative if this applies.
Whitelisting Chinafy Supporting Domains
If your firewall restrictions apply to 3rd-party domains, files loaded from Chinafy Supporting Domains may be blocked which impact the functionality of your Chinafy site.
Please contact the Chinafy Support team for these Chinafy supporting domains to whitelist on your firewall.
