Why is your Chinafy site still slow? What can you do about it?

Reason 1: You've just launched in China in the past 48 hours

It can take up to 48 hours for our DNS to propagate (with some taking as long as 72 hours). The duration is based largely on your TTL value which can't be altered retrospectively. 

The good news is once your DNS is fully propagated, you should expect the Chinafied site to be up and running within China, as intended. 

Resolution: Wait for DNS to propagate. 

Reason 2: You've recently added new pages

We apply optimization on an ongoing basis on pages upon discovery wherein first visits to new pages might be slower

Resolution: Rescan your Chinafy site

Reason 3: There are trailing resources on your site

3rd party resources such as trackers tend to trail loading in 20s+, even post-optimization. Analytic trackers that are not core visual resources from a usability standpoint and can be isolated by using different metrics to test.
