When does Chinafy subscription start?

Plan users: Your plan starts on the day when Chinafy onboarding support is made available to you.

These services include but are not limited to -

• Configuring your Chinafy Preview links
• Sharing UAT materials including performance reports, and Go Live support 
• (Enterprise Plan Users) Processing vendor onboarding and procurement process, as needed. For example, custom IT assessment forms, security questionnaires, and others.

Paid Trial users: Your Chinafy full subscription starts once the Paid Trial ends. It is suggested to process a full subscription 7 days before the Paid Trial ends and no later than 7 days after the trial, after which the information will be deleted and service may be interrupted.
