What is the purpose of the paid trial?
In many cases, most Chinafy users may not feel the need to pursue a paid trial.
However, Chinafy does provide the option with the paid trial going towards the final subscription.
The objective is to improve the overall deliverability of the site as it’s been built across speed, consistency, and functionality with the baseline of the original site as control and the ranges of the first-pass preview reports in mind (eg delivering up to 20-30% more resources than the original site, which is currently missing those resources majority of the time).
Relatedly, this two-week trial is to establish confidence across your company about the impact of our solution as well as the scalability of it across other web properties to achieve near-native onshore performance, offshore.
The 2-week Trial includes:
- an initial configuration of the site
- a Chinafy preview link (that your teams can test directly)
- Time Series Analyses to determine site performance over a period of time and
- a Third-party report to determine full loading time, as well as related metrics (eg TTFB, TTI etc).
- “Go Live” Support to turn the Chinafy preview version of the site live.
It may not include all the possible optimisations across the entirety of the site (more on that below) but will establish a good baseline you can test directly, for what you/your team can expect as a minimum.
Is the paid trial refundable?
As there is about 1.5-2 weeks worth of upfront engineering work involved to fully configure the site for public testing (especially making those custom configurations for the site), as well as both technical and account support for any refinements we can cover/questions/ go live support so the payment will go towards that and is not refundable.
When does the paid trial start and end?
Your Paid Trial starts on the day when Chinafy Preview links, performance reports, and Go Live support are made available to you.
To provide uninterrupted service, these resources will also be kept online after 14 days at the expense of your full subscription or unless we have been informed of non-renewal. The reason we have this policy is because once a link and instructions to go live are provided, there are costs incurred to support them on an ongoing basis.
When does the full subscription start?
Your Chinafy full subscription would start once the Paid Trial ends. It is suggested to process a full subscription 7 days before the Paid Trial ends and no later than 7 days after the trial, after which the information will be deleted and service may be interrupted.
What is the difference between the paid trial preview and the full site?
The difference between this paid trial preview and full site is generally less than 5% of the site, where there are variables that require the site to be fully subscribed to deliver or all the possible fine-tunings that we normally implement once we've been engaged and on an ongoing basis.
The reason we use both multiple testing servers to control the testing of post-Chinafy performance and provide a link to test with “humans”, is because the latter may have multiple variables impact the accuracy of findings (eg. network, varying internet plans etc.).
